This Weeks Smackdown! Spoilers are in, if you wish to read them, highlight the text below. Jeff Hardy b. MVP Hardy got the win via pinfall after hitting a swanton bomb off the top rope. After the match Shelton Benjamin comes out to the ring and attacks Hardy & MVP.

 - View Screencaptures- View 004 Digitals - Watch MVP vs Festus This week on Smackdown!, MVP faced Festus who had his tag team partner Jesse at ringside with him for a chance to qualify for the "WWE Championship Scramble" at Unforgiven. The match started off with MVP working on Festus's left arm, he delivered some sitff kicks as well as some armbars and submissions. The end of the match saw Festus give MVP a boot to the face, MVP went outside and tried to do a piledriver on Festus only for Festus to counter it into a back body drop onto the outside. MVP got up and kicked Jesse out of the chair and ran inside the ring for as Festus went to check on his partner and was counted out. After the match, Festus went into his trance only for MVP to Yakuza Kick him out of the ring. |

This Weeks Smackdown! Spoilers are in, if you wish to read them, highlight the text below. Vickie comes out and apologizes to the crowd for her thing with Edge to redeem herself. She then announces a WWE Title Scramble for Unforgiven. There will be two qualifying matches for it tonight. MVP b. Festus - MVP got the win via countout to earn a spot in the WWE Title Scramble at Unforgiven. The participants in the WWE Title Scramble are The Brian Kendrick, MVP, Shelton Benjamin, Jeff Hardy and Triple H.

 - View Screencaptures- View 005 Digitals - Watch WWE.com Exclusive Video - View Screencaptures of WWE.com Exclusive Video At the twenty-first annual Summerslam event, MVP defeated "The Charasmatic Enigma" Jeff Hardy in what seemed to be a personal rivalry between the two. Smackdown's Mr. 305 defeated Jeff Hardy after United States Champion Shelton Benjamin distracted Hardy before Hardy missed a "Swanton Bomb" which set Porter up for the "Shining Black" for the 1-2-3. After the match, Joey Styles caught up with MVP for a WWE.com exclusive video, Porter claims that he is the longest reigning United States Champion in WWE history and he treated that belt like he treats his cars and his women: When he gets bored, he upgrades. Porter said that its time to upgrade and that the whole world knows that he is better than everyone. |

 - View 151 Screencaptures [Thanks to Kaycie]- View 002 Digitals - Watch Jeff Hardy vs Shelton Benjamin - Watch MVP Backstage Promo This week on Smackdown!, MVP interfered in the United States Championship match featuring Jeff Hardy and Shelton Benjamin when he pushed Jeff Hardy off the top turnbuckle when he went for his signature "Swanton Bomb". MVP then went for a "Shining Black" on Hardy but missed and ended up hitting Benjamin instead. Hardy then connected with a "Twist of Fate" on MVP and a Swanton Bomb on both men. Later on in the night, Eve Torres was looking to interview MVP in the locker room, but MVP grabbed the microphone off her and said that he tried to help Jeff Hardy but now hes going to hurt him. He says that he thought he felt pain when he got suspended and his house burned down and that he won't feel a thing when he breaks Hardy's jaw at Summerslam. He then says when Hardy wakes up and when Summerslam is over, nobody will be talking about him and they will all be talking about MVP and how he is better than Hardy. |
